Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During high-volume releases (Limited Drops), shipping may take an additional 1–2 days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders above $75. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime under Account → Orders.

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations or changes may not always be possible. Reach out as soon as possible at support@after1image.shop, and we’ll do our best.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Why was my payment declined?

This is usually due to an incorrect billing address or insufficient funds. Double-check your info and try again.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags.
Limited Drop and custom embroidered/screen-printed items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@after1image.shop with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid label if eligible.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if the item is in stock. If not, you’ll be offered store credit or a refund.

Sizing & Fit

How does your apparel fit?

Our tops are designed with a boxy, slightly oversized fit for a relaxed modern silhouette. Jackets and hoodies also lean toward a roomier cut.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes — each product includes a Size Guide link. You can also view the full size guide in our product menu.

Products & Materials

Are your graphics embroidered or screen-printed?

It depends on the product—each item will specify whether it uses embroidery, screen printing, or a hybrid technique.

How should I care for my items?

To extend the life of your garment:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Inside-out
  • Gentle cycle
  • Hang dry recommended
  • Do not iron directly over prints/embroidery

Will colors or sizing vary?

Minor variations may occur due to the nature of screen printing, embroidery thread, and garment dye processes.

Limited Drops & Restocks

What is a Limited Drop?

These are small-batch, time-sensitive releases that may never return once sold out.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Usually, no — especially for Limited Drops. Standard essentials may restock depending on demand.

How do I get early access to new releases?

Join our newsletter or follow our social media for announcements and early previews.
